He’s much more than a personal trainer, and he is extremely selective in the clients he takes on. To qualify as a potential client you must be absolutely committed to achieving your fitness goals, and those goals must be realistic for your situation. Jeff can help illuminate a path toward fitness success, but you must be prepared to walk that path.
Together Jeff and his clients work on setting the course for life-altering strategies that will result in gradual improvements to overall health and fitness. A moderate, sensible approach is applied to these strategies, with a focus on achieving real results that meet each client’s specific needs. Jeff is a consummate professional and treats each client with the respect he or she deserves, making sure to listen to feedback and adjust the program accordingly. In Jeff’s mentorship you will find not only a fitness coach, but a powerful motivator and trustworthy friend.
Training may be in private, semi-private, or small group settings, so long as every member of the group will benefit from similar training methods. Consultations and training sessions may be booked at various local gyms, or the client’s residence or workplace. Lessons in self-defense or martial arts are typically scheduled in Ellicott City or at the client’s location.
Because Jeff provides premium fitness consulting services, he works independently and his rates are higher than trainers affiliated with most gyms. His knowledge and experience goes far beyond certifications. While he is also a Certified Personal Trainer, he prefers to call himself an Executive Fitness Consultant to distinguish his more in-depth services from those of a typical personal trainer.
