Jeff is passionate toward improving the health of those around him. He is a professional fitness coach
who works with clients in person, over the telephone, and through his web site FitDaily.com.
He trains individuals and groups with a strong dedication toward a healthy lifestyle.
Jeff is the co-author of the upcoming book Three Weeks to Thrive,
a 21-day, step-by-step guide toward achieving a healthy lifestyle. He's written numerous articles on Fitness, and
moderates the FitIn3 Fitness Newsletter. You can find some of his writing on the FitDaily Fitness Blog.
He dedicates much of his fitness coaching time to
FitDaily Group Fitness Telecoaching.
Jeff is also an avid practioner of martial arts. He presently teaches several days per week in Ellicott City, Maryland.
He also enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, racquetball, football, volleyball, and many other sports.
