Jeff is passionate toward improving the health of those around him. He is an internationally recogized fitness and nutrition coach
who has worked with clients in person, over the telephone, and through his web site FitDaily.com.
He has trained individuals and groups with a strong dedication toward a healthy lifestyle, ranging from ordinary people with a desire to lose weight to elite professional athletes.

Jeff is the co-author of the book Three Weeks to Thrive,
a 21-day, step-by-step guide toward achieving a healthy lifestyle. He is the editor for the Nutritional Supplement Review Site Supplement Mania.
He's written hundreds of articles on Fitness, and
moderated the FitIn3 Fitness Newsletter. You can find some of his writing on the FitDaily Fitness Blog.
Jeff is also an avid practioner of martial arts. He presently teaches several days per week in Catonsville, Maryland.
He also enjoys scuba diving, mountain biking, snowboarding, racquetball, football, volleyball, hiking, and many other sports and activities.
